Digelar sejak tahun 2012. Sebagai wahana membangun ghiroh kompetensi Sains tingkat madrasah. Ajang positif membangun budaya kompetensi dengan mengkolaborasikan Sains dan konteks nilai-nilai Islam.
Dilaksanakan pada tanggal secara daring, diikuti oleh sebanyak 45.382 tim beregu tingkat SD atau MI sederajat dan Sosial Sains Terpadu (Matematika dan Ipas) sebagai mata pelajaran yang dilombakan.
MI At Taqwa dalam hal ini berhasil meraih peringkat 5 dari 10 peringkat terbaik Nasional. Dan dinyatakan lolos Tahap 3 untuk melanjutkan kompetensi ditingkat Nasional pada tanggal 3-8 September 2024 mendatang. Kegigihan siswa siswi MI At Taqwa dan beberapa pihak terkait menjadikannya berhasil membawa pulang trofi piala dan piagam penghargaan dari Kemenag RI.
