MIA – MI At-Taqwa masuk dalam kejuaraan pancak silat dengan meraih juara umum dan pesilat terbaik kategori putri dalam Kejuaraan Pancak Silat Bupati Cup 2023 Se-Kabupaten Bondowoso yang diadakan oleh Komite Olahraga Nasional Indonesia (KONI) Kabupaten Bondowoso.
Cabang olahraga ini di selenggarakan pada tanggal 5-9 Juli 2023 di Gor Pelita Bondowoso, dengan berbagai macam jenis lomba diantaranya pancak silat. Dikuti oleh beberapa tingkatan seperti tingkat TK, SD, SMA dan Dewasa. MI At Taqwa turut berpartisipasi dalam kejuaraan olahraga ini dengan mengikutsertakan perguruannya yakni TIRTA MIA At Taqwa. Ustadz Gita Yuniar, S.Pd selaku koordinator dan 5 pendamping menemani siswa dalam acara tersebut.
Sebanyak 7 medali emas, 8 medali perak dan 6 medali perunggu dengan total keseluruhan sebanyak 21 medali yang diraih. Usaha ini tidak semata-mata dilakukan dengan instan. Mereka melakukan persiapan dengan matang dengan latihan yang intensif selama beberapa bulan. Tujuannya agar siswa yang agar siswa bisa melatih skill dan berkesempatan meraih medali dalam setiap event dan perlombaan.
