MIA– Dua siswi MI At Taqwa berhasil menyabet kejuaraan Pekan Olahraga dan Seni (PORSENI) Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Provinsi Jawa Timur. Pada tanggal 17-18 Oktober 2023 kemarin.
Aisyah Zakia Berliana Nurfandi, Juara 2 Tahfidz Putri dan Keisha Oktariana Qutsiah, Juara 3 Pencak Silat Putri. Dimeriahkan oleh 38 kabupaten dari Jawa Timur, dihadiri sekitar 3346 peserta MI dan official.
Kakanwil Kementrian Agama (KEMENAG) Banyuwangi menjadi tuan rumah tahun ini bertempat di Stadion Diponegoro. PORSENI merupakan acara tahunan, yakni 1 kali dalam 2 tahun. Untuk mewadahi pencarian siswa siswi MI berprestasi tingkat Provinsi sebelum melanjutkan di tingkat Nasional.
Jenis perlombaanya terbagi menjadi 2 kategori, seni dan olahraga. Berikut cabang olahraganya bulu tangkis, tenis meja, lari 60/80M, Pencak silat, tolak peluru, lompat jauh, volly, catur. Kategori seni yaitu MTQ, Pildacil 3 bahasa (Arab, Inggris, Indonesia), tahfidz, lukis, kaligrafi, puisi, menyanyi.
